Qi Gong

This ancient form of exercise is an effective way to nurture ourselves and there is increasing evidence of its capacity to improve physical and mental health.

Having studied and practised with several teachers over the last 20 years, I have now trained as a teacher myself.

Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong is a form of Qi Gong characterised by twisting and stretching movements co-ordinated with breathing. These fluent motions improve energy circulation in the body, loosen the joints, tone the muscles and relax the nervous system.

Classes lasting 1 hour and 15 mins are held at the Hall of the West Church in Banchory on Thursdays at 2.30pm and Fridays at 9.30am. Numbers are limited so please enquire for availability.
