Cancellation charges
I aim to keep treatment prices down and, in order to do this, charges apply for late cancellations or non-attendance at appointments. For cancellations giving at least 24 hours’ notice there is no charge. The exception to this is Monday appointments, where cancellation must be made before Friday 5pm. For cancellations giving less notice a charge of £30 applies.
For failure to attend an appointment the full amount for that appointment is charged.
